Apple Picking 10-9-10
We decided to take advantage of near 80 degree weather and do a little fall apple picking. After an hour long car ride, everyone was ready to find the hidden treasures. Jack and Henry were very interested in the fallen apples and trying to keep the rotten apples out of our bag was half of the fun. Along with, fun playground toys, hot dogs for lunch, and playing in a sandbox, it was time to go home (but not without a bag full of apples). Elaine is now investigating how many recipes she can find to incorporate all those apples! We hope you enjoy the pics!

Cherry Blossoms, Downtown DC

The Cherry Blossoms were absolutely beautiful this weekend... But it was the 877,000+ people in downtown DC that tired Jack out (as seen in the final two pictures). Click any of the pictures for a higher quality version.

Jack had an absolute blast at the Easter Egg Hunt in Ida Lee Park. Grandma and Grandpa Cochran got to go with and see the action first hand. I've never seen so many Easter eggs disappear so fast!

Henry Goes Camping iPhone App.....

So Mike was busy working hard this week to develop a new iPhone application called "Henry Goes Camping".  This was a book that he created before Jack was born and gave it to us the first day in the hospital.

Jack has been requesting "Henry Goes Camping" each night before bed because he loves seeing his buddy camping with mommy and daddy.  Plus, Jack gets to see his name in the book on the last page.  What fun!  I just thought I'd put a little marketing to work (I'm learning a lot from Mike) and post a blog to promote this great app.  Click here to buy and see a screenshot of the book...... http://henrygoescamping.blogspot.com/
