Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails

Our family is going to grow mid-summer. That's right, the Mehlbergs are getting a new family member. Elaine is currenly 22 weeks pregnant and feeling absolutely radiant. Two weeks ago we found out we are having a boy! A lot of change is coming our way and the least prepared member is our puppy Henry. We've been warning him that a baby will be invading the house in 4-5 months, but he doesn't seem too concerned. Currently, we're putting the finishing touches on our nursery ideas. We're going to have a sports themed nursery, complete with basketballs, footballs, and soccer balls. The big question regarding a name has been asked about as many times as "when are you due?", and "is it a boy or girl?". We both love the names Jack and Nathan, but Jack has the edge right now. :-) Here are some standard ultrasound shots of our little one. Enjoy!
